'Organic' refers not just to the source of the barley: everything about this whisky has been produced using organic and sustainable methods. Most noticeably, as far as the flavour is concerned, it uses brand new American Virgin Oak barrels, giving it the rich, buttery flavour of a bourbon, paired with the unmistakeable strain of barley-malt Scotch. A delicious alternative to Benromach's traditional Speyside style.
