Nose: a hint of juniper with a subtle mix of spices and citrus.
Palate: juniper, mixed spice, sweetness with a citrus tang and a refreshing hint of mint at the end.
Finish: clean and fresh.

A traditional style gin using many of the botanicals used in the great gins of the past, including juniper berries, coriander seeds, orris root, cassia bark and citrus peel, but adding a uniquely Shetland twist....the inclusion of apple mint, which is grown and harvested on Unst by Unst Market Garden.
