This a really exciting release! Does the majority of ageing on land before embarking on a sea voyage that sees it cross the equator four times. Absolutely textbook bourbon, rich and creamy with some black cherry and zesty orange flavours. Then comes the salty influence from the sea to balance the sweetness. Lovely!
