Made from a mash-bill of 95% premium rye, aged for two years in new oak but tasting much older – packed full of spicy zing! Sweet and sharp to start, lemon sherbet and vanilla cream. Mint-leaf and rye spice finishing with a complex mix of butter-icing, cinnamon and baked apple.
