Tasting Notes
Nose: Blackcurrant jam, Christmas cake, slightly floral at points - citrus blossom and vanilla pod.
Palate: Crunchie Bars, almond pastries, melted butter, cinnamon sticks, a touch of autumn leaf and new leather.
Finish: Dense sherry, tobacco and honey.

A well-matured single malt from Deanston, distilled in 1995 before 23 well spent years of rest in Oloroso sherry casks.
This lengthy stint of maturation in these sherry casks has allowed rich dried fruit, decadent chocolate and festive spice notes to develop.
Definitely a dram to savour....
