Tasting Notes
Isle of Raasay have produced two styles of spirits – peated and unpeated! These have been matured separately in first fill Rye whiskey casks from Woodford Reserve, fresh Chinkapin oak casks and first fill Bordeaux red wine casks, before the spirits are married together to create Raasay's signature Single Malt!!
A dram with real elegance, complexity and depth of character - A lightly peated whisky with rich dark fruit flavours!
