NOSE
Mellow fruity prunes, dates, molasse, touches of vanilla and milk chocolate.
TASTE
Mellow dried fruits, molasse, dark chocolate with layers of cinnamon and ginger combined with a pleasant nuttiness like walnuts and chestnuts. Smooth texture.

The third and last release in 'The Casks of Lindores' series by Lindores Abbey distillery, created to showcase the cask types used to produce their award winning single malt Scotch whisky. This latest release has been matured exclusively in Oloroso sherry butts from the area around the city of Jerez de la Frontera, Spain, then bottled at 49.4% vol. Others in this series included the 'Bourbon' and 'STR' casks.
