A venue steeped in history, The New Club is Scotland's oldest and pre-eminent private Members' Club (founded in 1787), featuring fine dining, entertainment and a socially vibrant atmosphere in a welcoming and historical environment...
With uninterrupted views across Princes St Gardens and the stunning backdrop of Edinburgh Castle, we'll convene at 6:00pm sharp on the third floor balcony for a Pol Roger Champagne welcome, then we'll sample our first cigar of the evening - the Perdomo 10th Anniversary Connecticut - paired with our first vintage whisky from Tomatin Distillery, and accompanied by some background music performed by our talented friends, the Beach Crows.
We'll follow this up by enjoying a three course dinner with wine, allowing a short break before dessert for Nick Hammond to briefly interview our guests of honour - Her Excellency Guisell Morales-Echaverry, Nick Perdomo Jr. and Scott Adamson, before we are introduced to our second whisky of the evening, to be enjoyed with dessert.
We shall then retire to the balcony to enjoy to enjoy an encore from the Beach Crows while taking in the evening views across the Edinburgh skyline while sampling our second cigar - the Perdomo 10th Anniversary Maduro - paired with our final two exceptional aged whiskies from Tomatin Distillery!
The Food
We've planned a delicious three course menu for the evening, and selected some delectable wines to enjoy during dinner - We would ask that you would pre-book your dining preference (Meat Main, Fish Main or Vegetarian menu) at the time of purchasing your ticket by choosing the relevant dining choice below.
If you have any specific dietary requirements, or allergies, we politely ask that you would outline these via email after booking your ticket(s) via our info@robertgraham1874.com email address, quoting your order reference number, so we can ensure that your dietary requirements are catered to.
Likewise, if you are booking more than one ticket with your order, if you could make us aware of the names of the attendees in your group and which dining option they have chosen.
